- Free delivery for domestic orders (Hong Kong) over HK$1500
- Free delivery for international orders (Taiwan, Macau and China included) over HK$2000
Orders will be shipped out within 3 working days (unless otherwise stated) upon payment verification and return with tracking code. Once your order was shipped, you can go to relevant websites to track down your shipment with the tracking code shown on your waybill.

We mainly use Hongkong Post to send out parcels for Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau and China and the delivery fee is charged before collection. For local orders, parcels will be sent without tracking code (+HK$25 for additional tracking). The actual postage depends on the parcel weight.

If you choose SF Express to deliver your parcels for Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau and China, the delivery fee is charged upon collection. Tracking code will be provided for all orders. The actual postage depends on the parcel weight (approx. HK$30 for Hong Kong, NT$160 for Taiwan, MOP 28 for Macau and RMB 45-52).

For overseas orders, they will be sent by Hongkong Post registered mail service and the postage fee is HK$90 and up, depending on the quantity of purchase. Please contact us for more information.
[RETURNS AND EXCHANGES]
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
If you are interested in doing an exchange, please contact us as soon as possible to get the item in the mail within 48 hours of receipt. Please understand that while this may seem like a short time frame, all items are used and unfortunately we have run into cases where people wear items and then return them damaged.
Returns are allowed only for items that are grossly misrepresented. We allow returns for merchandise credit or exchange on a case by case basis. Buyer is responsible for postage fees. If you are not happy with a purchase, do not hesitate to contact us.
